Tom is the Chief Executive Officer / Founder of Forsite Development, Inc. and manages all aspects of the company’s operations. Tom started Forsite in December 2004 with the idea that there was a significant supply of vacant corporate surplus industrial facilities throughout the Southeast that could be acquired aggressively and then repositioned.

Ryan is responsible for the operations, strategy and project management of Forsite’s risk transfer, renewables and clean energy business lines. Anna Dumovich

Senior Accountant

A 2022 Flagler College graduate in Finance and Accounting and a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, Anna brings over four years of hands-on expertise to the fields of comprehensive tax preparation and financial management. At Forsite, she specializes in full-cycle bookkeeping, managing complex general ledgers, multi-account reconciliations, and streamlined accounts payable/receivable processes. Her technical proficiency extends to full-cycle payroll management and precise sales tax filing, ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Beyond traditional accounting, Anna provides strategic business advisory services, including LLC formation and setup, to help entrepreneurs establish a solid financial foundation and optimize their tax positions from the start.

Anna’s bookkeeping expertise is backed by a strong foundation in tax accounting, including experience with Forms 1120, 1065, and 1040. This dual background ensures that all monthly records are maintained with year-end compliance and tax planning in mind. Originally from Florida, where she lived her entire life and played collegiate softball for the Flagler Saints, Anna recently relocated to North Carolina. In her free time, she enjoys baking and cooking.

Max McKittrick

Acquisitions and Leasing Associate

Max is an Acquisitions and Leasing Associate at Forsite Development, where he specializes in industrial real estate acquisitions, leasing, market research, and lead generation. His work includes sourcing acquisition opportunities, negotiating leases, and supporting Forsite Environmental through targeted business development initiatives.

Prior to joining Forsite, he served as a Capital Markets Associate at Greysteel, focusing on debt structuring, underwriting, financial modeling, and client advisory for industrial real estate assets. This role strengthened his expertise in cash flow analysis, risk assessment, and aligning financing strategies with investment goals.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management from Auburn University. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with friends and family.

Robin Hickman

Controller

Robin Hickman serves as Controller at Forsite Development and brings more than 30 years of experience in financial management and leadership. She has deep expertise in financial reporting, analysis, process improvement, internal controls, and policy development, along with strong proficiency in ERP and fixed asset software systems.

Having spent much of her career in the manufacturing industry, Robin is eager to apply her skills to the real estate sector and support Forsite’s continued growth. Outside the office, she enjoys boating, cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes, and training her dog, Ruie, who is preparing to become a therapy dog for children receiving treatment at the Levine Cancer Institute.

Keith Bargaheiser

Forsite Environmental Solutions - Vice President

Beneficiation and Business Development

Keith Bargaheiser has almost 40 years of experience in the ready-mix concrete and cement industries, including the beneficiation of coal combustion residuals (CCRs). His work covers concrete repair and restoration, mix designs, quality control testing, consulting, and the harvesting of CCRs. Keith has been in a variety of leadership roles in the industry for more than 3 decades – serving 8 years as the Technical Director for the American Coal Ash Association, the current President of the Midwest Coal Ash Association, ACI committees 232 (Fly Ash) and 130 (Sustainability), ASTM Committees C09 (Cement), C 618 (Fly Ash), E 60 (Sustainability), and E 50 (Structural fills). Additionally, he has held executive roles in the Canadian Industries Recycling Coal Ash organization (CIRCA) and the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA).

Keith is a published author in Concrete Journals and the American Concrete Institute, with work focused on the beneficial use of CCRs and the prevention of corrosion in concrete structures. Keith has routinely found himself immersed in cutting-edge technological breakthroughs related to concrete, cement, and/or the beneficiation of CCRs.

Keith’s background in engineering and sales has earned him multiple awards and recognition across the industry. His passion lies in advancing technologies for the harvesting and beneficial use of CCRs in concrete and cement production. He is a passionate teacher, for both industry and academia, and enjoys mentoring the next generation of technical leaders in the field.

Mehdi Houissa

CFO

 

Mehdi Houissa is a Forsite’s CFO with over 25 years of experience in finance, specializing in financial planning, business transformation, and performance optimization. He has held leadership roles across retail, distribution, consulting, sports, and entertainment. Mehdi has a proven track record of creating and managing detailed cash flow models, building profitability attribution platforms, driving expense reduction, and enhancing capital efficiency. He has also increased labor productivity, delivered millions in sustained annual gross savings, and established contingency-based sourcing functions.

His education includes an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business and a BS in Finance from Carthage Institute of Higher Commercial Studies.

Kevin Harshberger,MSCE, PE

Forsite Environmental Solutions - President

Kevin’s unique experience and leadership skills have pushed him to the forefront of Executive Managers in the challenging heavy-civil and CCR construction field. His highly rated geotechnical and environmental education, coupled with his extensive work experience, make him a leader in the industry. With a ‘hands-on’ approach, Mr. Harshberger developed a high-performing field and office support staff for one of the most well-known CCR contractors in the Midwest and South. Kevin’s efforts have resulted in high customer satisfaction and measurable employee development.

Kevin was a founding member of the Coal Ash Liquid Management Office (CALM) and was instrumental in the development of the Ash Basin Safety Awareness program, created by the CALM Office, and rolled out to numerous owners and heavy civil contractors. He has personally managed more than 30 CCR projects – including very complicated wet CCR impoundment closures, CCR disposal cells, and the CCR management to support active power generation.

Kevin has been the CEO of a large regional heavy-civil, CCR contractor. The Owner & President of an Engineering and Surveying company. An Engineer for the largest waste management company in the world. An Engineer for a state waste management board.

Michael Geary

Power Station Manager

Michael (Mick) Geary joined Forsite in January 2022 and is currently the Power Station Manager, responsible for our electrical generation facility, Clean Energy, located in Charlotte, NC. He has over twenty years of experience in equipment maintenance, which led him to a variety of management roles within organizations throughout Australia, Canada, and the United States. Mick has a Bachelor of Business in Management and Human Resources from James Cook University in Cairns, Australia.

Gary Greene

Project Manager

Gary, joined the Forsite team in 2021 as Project Manager after 35 years of industrial construction and manufacturing experience. During his manufacturing career, Gary had a multitude of roles–starting in production and quality control, moving onto plant site utilities and finishing in maintenance.
 
As the plant maintenance manager, Gary coordinated maintenance and electrical teams to ensure that all plant operations and goals were achieved. Gary is responsible for Site and Project Management at one of Forsite’s largest industrial properties.

Bill Abraczinskas

Director of Environmental

Prior to joining Forsite, Bill spent 30 years in global environmental engineering firms prior to creating his own business to provide environmental consulting and engineering services to the industrial and commercial markets.
 
His background is in large-scale civil remediation projects involving design/build, earthwork, in-situ remediation, pump and treatment systems, demolition, thermal incineration, facility rehabilitation, and wetlands restoration. Bill’s strengths include guiding clients through compliance with regulatory agencies. Bill is currently shepparding one of Forsite’s largest Risk Transfer projects through demolition and remediation in order to be repurposed to Forsite’s needs.

Gerald Stroner

Facilities Manager

Gerald 'Gerry' Stroner has been a key part of Forsite since 2017, serving as Facilities Manager at the Clean Energy Power Plant in Charlotte, NC.

He oversees building, equipment, and vehicle maintenance, manages heavy equipment operations at Clean Energy and supports grounds upkeep and capital upfits across multiple Industrial properties and sites.

Gerry brings hands-on experience, discipline, and a drive to keep learning. He’s currently developing drone photography capabilities to expand Forsite’s on-site visibility.

A U.S. Army veteran and former construction professional in California’s earthquake zones, Gerry now calls Huntersville, NC home.

Greg Coleman

Principal

Greg represents the perfect blend of mechanical practical ability and theoretical engineering acumen. A native of Northern Australia, Greg was compelled to hone his mechanical skills keeping farm equipment operational in harsh conditions.
 
Additionally, this mechanical ingenuity led Greg to study a degree in Science and pursue a career. We are taking our engineering to science in the consulting business with companies such as URS and Geosyntec. Greg is the Technical Director for all of Forsite’s endeavors including power, wastewater, construction, decommissioning, demolition and environmental liability projects.

Shannon Doster

Director of Business Operations

Forsite Development day-to-day operations are managed by Shannon Doster. Her responsibilities include financial reporting, executive support, human resources, marketing, and property management administration.

Offering over 20 years of experience in business management, accounting, sales and marketing along with her previous job for an international corporation, has gained Shannon experience in many business sectors. This coupled with her versatility has contributed much to Forsite ’s ongoing success.

Shannon studied Business Management at York Technical College. She has special training in Six Sigma quality and has earned a Green Belt Certification. Shannon is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and is a Notary Public for North and South Carolina.

Ryan Ford

Chief Operating Officer

Ryan is responsible for the operations, strategy and project management of Forsite’s risk transfer, renewables and clean energy business lines. Prior to joining Forsite in 2018, Ryan’s background was in Engineering and Project Management; specifically, large-scale engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction (EPFC) projects.

Ryan has spent significant time on major construction sites, supervising installation of the design of new construction including coal, combined cycle and nuclear power plants.

Additionally, Ryan has worked in various engineering management roles within the power industry focusing on all fuel types for major base load plants, including the newer Allam Cycle technology.

Tom is the Chief Executive Officer / Founder of Forsite Development, Inc. and manages all aspects of the company’s operations. Tom started Forsite in December 2004 with the idea that there was a significant supply of vacant corporate surplus industrial facilities throughout the Southeast that could be acquired aggressively and then repositioned. Since starting Forsite, Tom has purchased over 7 million SF of space throughout the Carolinas.

Forsite’s most ambitious project to date is “ReVenture Park”, a 667 acre re-development of a shuttered chemical plant, currently listed as a Federal Superfund site into a “Renewable Energy Industrial Park”. The property, located along the shores of the Catawba River in Charlotte, NC has over 1.4 miles of river frontage and is the largest piece of underutilized heavy industrial property in the region. Once complete, this project is projected to create over 1,100 “green collar” jobs and over $900 million in new investment.

Prior to starting Forsite, Tom was a ten year veteran and Senior Vice President of Development for Indianapolis based Lauth Property Group. In July of 2001, Tom moved to Charlotte to open Lauth’s second regional office where he managed all build-to-suit, land development and construction activities that he and his team created in the Southeast.

Tom has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Finance from Ball State University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Holy Angels (www.holyangelsnc.org).
